Individual Therapy (18+)

Are you going through a “rough patch” in your life right now and wish you had someone to talk to and process things with? Perhaps you have goals that you want to achieve on your path to discovering who you are and would like to be? If so, our therapists can help you!

What kind of therapy do you provide?

We provide grief counseling, help with anxiety and depression, mood disorders, and therapy for people experiencing difficult life transitions. We also provide therapy specific to first responders. Sometimes we need some assistance and guidance with transitions of life- whether it’s a job loss, starting college, or having a baby; we are here to work alongside to support you through it.

What methods or interventions do you use?

We utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but at times will use a more eclectic method, depending on the needs of each client. We love working alongside individuals to figure out the barriers they are facing to living their best life and how to achieve their therapeutic goals.

How often will I meet with my therapist?

This varies from client to client but most individuals start with weekly sessions, eventually reducing frequency as they begin to meet their therapeutic goals. If you desire biweekly sessions, you can speak to your therapist during your intake to figure out what will work best for you.

What insurances do you accept?

Please see our insurance page for more information.

How much will sessions cost me? I don’t have insurance/would prefer not to use my insurance.
